I hear republicans lie <br />Democrats too <br />When will we learn <br />To vote for someone new <br />I think to myself <br />We're totally confused <br /> <br />I see working class <br />work off their butts <br />Their cash taken <br />And given to the rich <br />I think to myself <br />What a cruel government <br /> <br />I see menuevers of planes <br />So pretty in the sky <br />Soon they'll dropp bombs <br />Where we have our homes <br />I think to myself <br />What a screwed up world <br /> <br />Children playing hop-scotch <br />On the walks <br />Someone been drinking <br />Driving on the walks <br />I think to myself <br />Who gave them the drinks <br /> <br />I see kids playing <br />And being kids <br />To some you prey <br />They're objects <br />I think to myself <br />What a perverted world <br /> <br />I see bullies fight <br />With half their size <br />Because they're weak <br />They take advantage <br />I think to myself <br />What a cruel, cruel world <br /> <br />I see workers work hard <br />To get to the top <br />Eventually their jobs <br />Sent over seas <br />I think to myself <br />Such cruel, greedy rich <br /> <br />All the monks <br />So lovingly to the guests <br />Only to be beaten <br />Taken from their homes <br />I think to myself <br />Why there's so much hate <br /> <br />I see white robed freaks <br />And shaved heads too <br />Judging you by your skin <br />Not by your heart <br />I think to myself <br />What a hateful world <br /> <br />I see bullets flying <br />Big missles too <br />Falling on people <br />That they don't know <br />I think to myself <br />What a senseless war <br /> <br />I hear politicians promise <br />Yet no results <br />One screw up <br />Right after another <br />I think to myself <br />What a cruel, cruel world<br /><br />R.K.
